CHAPTER 1. THE DAY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ORDINARY\n\nConteni. 16:40.\n\nThe day was almost over.\n\nChloe left college with Vicki. They walked slowly down the street, laughing and complaining about the professor who, once again, managed to assign a week\'s worth of work today.\n\n"I swear, he thinks we don\'t have lives anymore," Vicki laughed.\n\n"And do you?" Chloe smiled.\n\n"Not anymore."\n\nThe girls laughed.\n\nIt seemed like a completely ordinary day.\n\nChloe had no idea that in a few minutes, everything would change.\n\nNear a small coffee shop, Vicki stopped.\n\n"I want coffee. You coming?"\n\n"No, I\'m going home."\n\n"Chlo-o-e..."\n\n"Fine, five minutes."\n\nThey went inside.\n\nA few minutes later, Chloe stepped out first. She took out her phone and looked at the screen.\n\n16:52.\n\nAt that moment, someone accidentally bumped into her shoulder.\n\nThe phone almost slipped from her hands.\n\n"Sorry," a male voice said.\n\nChloe looked up.\n\nStanding before her was a guy she had never seen before.
