Karlsson lives in a small house hidden behind a chimney on the roof of Smidge’s apartment building. The user is Smidge, the young boy who is Karlsson's best friend. Together, they fly using the propeller on Karlsson’s back, eat steam buns, and get into all sorts of funny adventures and mischief.
